Do you remember that feeling? The one that you go back to ever so often? - It's not always clear, but when you sit long enough, you're there - In that moment. Feeling those same feelings. You can hear how it sounded, a familiar smell, a remembered sound. Memories. The vision of that moment clears up the longer you decide to keep your attention there. Your daily life might take you out of it for a while - there’s always dishes to be done, bills to be paid — but whenever you decide to pay attention to it, you’re right back there again. In that familiar place.
You should visit that place as often as you can. You don’t have to spend so much time forgetting.
