An ethereal moment that to be honest, was created by me getting slapped in the side of the head by an annoying piece of water that gets sent from a rock located just below the ocean surface. More often that not it is hitting my right at the same moment the athlete chooses to launch. In this moment, I thank it for one of the most unique shots i've taken during my study of Flight. Macklyn is just 18 years old, one of the new generation of local surfers flying around the place.
