The name “Peacock” reflects the idea that, in the bird world, males are typically more colorful and flamboyant, while females tend to be earth-toned and calmly deliberative. By flipping this dynamic, it highlights the resilience of women, showing that femininity is not just about softness and calmness, but also about leadership and power.
Female leadership is often defined by leading with kindness, empathy, and collaboration. Throughout history, kindness has been mistaken for weakness, yet time and again, it has proven to be a source of strength, driving survival and progress through compassion and cooperation rather than dominance and aggression.
Kindness requires immense inner strength, especially in challenging times. It involves balancing empathy with boundaries and assertiveness. Like a peacock raising its vibrant tail, women should be free to reveal their full beauty and power—an act of confidence and self-expression that should never be hidden or controlled.
