Burning Out

This image represents the consequences of overconsumption of mental load. It captures the moment when you continue with your day, stand up, but feel like you're burning from the inside. This is commonly known as a "burn-out". The face of the person burning out is not visible because emotional exhaustion has led to depersonalization, insensitivity to the work environment, and dehumanization of others. The image invites the viewer to review and reset their limits to avoid burning out.
