Flamingo Nest

It's time to incubate for the flamingo flocks living in Ankara Salt Lake. A bad surprise awaits these animals that live in large flocks and come to this lake every year. The amount of water at the lake level is very low compared to the previous years. It is impossible for them to find enough water to raise their young until they are ready to fly. I'm afraid many baby flamingos will die of heat and thirst before they hatch or within a few weeks. Very few will fly to new places this year. The colors and shapes on the lake surface are a warning message from Mother Nature for people. Although Mother Nature tries to attract people's attention with these colors, most of the time people do not care about these messages. Nature is the common place not only for us but for all living things in the world. Lakes and wetlands are now scarce for flamingos and other life forms. In the very near future, animals living in many natural areas will not have a chance to reproduce and continue their generation. Please respect our world and natural life, everyone.
