I’ve seen things you wouldn’t believe

Cyberpunk is more than just an aesthetic style for me, it has a deeper meaning. Technology has the power to improve our quality of life or create a dystopia; high tech, low life. It feels we are at a crossroad. AI, hackers, megacorps, big data, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology are no longer the stuff of science fiction. It has become reality. We are living in a cyberpunk world. The main subject in my piece represents the marginalized, the alienated, who live on the edge of society. The identity is protected, privacy is respected, we do not know who the subject is in an era where our every move is tracked.
