Eyes open. We focus on nothing in particular. Colors swirl on the periphery. The heart softens. We embrace the reality of no escape. No perfection. No anxiety. No calm. Medium format film, double exposed, boiled in bourbon, hot sauce, rice vinegar, vanilla extract, peppermint, windex, furniture polish and expired apple cider. Then developed in the home. A Jim Roll photograph.
