Departure in Silence

This piece speaks to a part of me that knows what it feels like to leave, not just places—but people, moments, and parts of myself. The worn suitcase feels like a reflection of everything I’ve carried: memories, regrets, quiet hopes. And that butterfly—it’s like a thought I never said out loud, delicate and free, but always just out of reach. Departure in Silence isn’t just about being alone; it’s about learning how to sit with that loneliness and still find beauty in the stillness.
