American Cage
Poster used when thousands of people marched in cities across the United States protesting the separation of migrant families at the Mexican border as part of the Trump administration’s “zero-tolerance” policy on unauthorized immigration.
People were outraged by reports of children separated from their parents, detained after crossing the border and put into cages.
The protests took place on Saturday, June 30th, and the poster was used from Raleigh, North Carolina, to Anchorage, Alaska. There were approximately 700 marches under the banner of "Families Belong Together.”
