On the journey, the forces of light and darkness continue to wage war around and within. The western face of the mountain is bathed in light, while the eastern face remains shrouded in shadow. The sunlight time is decreasing fast so there’s no time to delay, because it will all be dark soon.
The heavy load you carry on your back is a constant reminder of the challenges you face. You refuse to let it weigh you down. Instead, focus on that inner shining light, using it to guide you forward through the darkness.
Push on. You are determined to reach the summit. Determined to finally ski down the slopes that lie ahead.
