Nimbus

Nimbus captures the ethereal tension between identity and dissolution. A figure stands partially illuminated in a surreal glow, their form blurred and fractured by waves of colour and distortion. The environment fades into shadow, anchoring the subject in a dreamlike atmosphere that feels both intimate and alien. The luminous aura surrounding the head suggests a psychological or spiritual state, perhaps a storm of thoughts, memory, or transformation. Nimbus speaks to the fragile boundaries between self and surroundings, presence and absence, evoking a powerful sense of inner flux. One of my early GAN works from 2019.
