I found my familiar spirit baked into the earth's essence
From once I came
An existence of total devotion to me
Born to follow, watch, and stalk
To be my shadow until my dying day
Who comes and goes with the wind
But never to completely slip out of sight
Forever a parasite
To be my permanent watchful eye
My personal guardian angel
