I usually paint alone.
For two solitudes, I invited an AI model into the process as a temporary collaborator. I gave it two of my paintings, and it returned a new image generated from them. I then painted into it without deciding in advance what would be preserved.
For a while, we occupied the painting together.
Then one solitude left.
