Sudden anxiety

If this pain were to go away Even if only for a day So I could smile at you and say that everything is fine But the sun disappeared All I have left is the opaque noise of my heart in my chest reminding me that this is not over yet I left some things along the way But maybe one day this anxiety will also pass.
