Barb's Acid Brain Freeze

Halloween night 2002. Barb, after a three day bender, accompanies a few meet-and-greet competition winners around some of the more affluent Fear City neighborhoods. These lucky citizens were reportedly charmed by the strangely poetic Mayor of Fear City, and enjoyed not only collecting candy, but also collecting financial contributions for her next campaign. If only her acid brain freeze hadn't kicked in and scared the lucky winners.
