Salvador Dali + Alex Grey

This is my second artwork minted on my own Manifold smart contract. The series is called ‘Artificial Collabs’ where I’m creating the imaginary collaborations by famous artists that inspired me the most on my artist’s path. In the second artwork I explore how the collaboration of Salvador Dali and Alex Grey would look like. Part of proceeds will be donated for the building of CoSM, Church of Sacred Mirrors by Alex and Allyson Grey. https://www.cosm.org/vision The process: I’ve generated video in TouchDesigner using Psysarum algorithm, stylised it with selected iconic artworks by Dali and Grey in DeepStyle, Used the stylised keyframes to stylise the psysarum video output, mixed all stylised outputs in Premiere into a single video; run a DiscoDiffusion with text prompt: ‘Melting the clock while the clock is ticking by Salvador Dali' then Hand-drawn frame-by-frame the clock hand rotation on top of the DD output. Run another DD with prompt: "Vajra basic space - the supremely blissful state of natural rest - is sublime meditative stability, spontaneously present without having to be cultivated. Painted by Salvador Dali"; Run another DD with prompt: "Expanding Consciousness painted by artist Alex Grey"; Then I’ve interpolated DD output, adding 8X in between frames for smoother transitions. Then I combined all the DiscoDiffusion videos with the DeepStylised videos in Adobe Premiere. Finally when the visual part was ready I wrote music for it using the Black Sequencer and Arturia running through Boss feedback, recorded and mastered in Ableton Live.
