spilling out, head empty

sometimes the thoughts just spill out, leaving my head empty, a shell of it's former self. a bit scary to have nothing rattling in the brain. will it be like this forever? acrylic, oil pastel, marker 36 x 48 in 91.44 x 121.92 cm
