Sometimes we find ice caves that last for few years in the same locations. Even though every year you technically have a new cave, since the glacier is constantly melting.
The melt water from the glaciers collects into big rivers flowing underneath the glaciers, carving tunnels and caves. Once the melting slows down or stop during the winter time, we can enter into these caves and explore the magic world of ice caves.
