Bryce and his Chrysler Newport made the long drive from British Columbia to Los Angeles California, following highway 101. He remarked that the journey was incredibly beautiful and smooth, although the '76 Newport has zero modern luxuries, he stated that it floated down the road like a "two and quarter ton waterbed".
These interactions with strangers are what bring value to photographs for me as a photographer. I am so happy I was able to meet Bryce and take this portrait of him on his journey. Shot on a Mamiya RB67 and Kodak Gold 200.
