Dream

Dreams are a confluence of the real and the unreal, merging into narratives that defy logic. They can signify both the visions we experience in sleep and the aspirations we hold for our future. Often, our true selves are hidden deep within, and dreams can reveal these concealed aspects, sometimes forgotten over time. In some Eastern cultures, dreams are seen as omens, their meanings eagerly deciphered, making them a source of mystery, excitement, and sometimes fear. This piece is a tribute to myself and other dreamers. It represents a journey to discover my identity as a Third Culture Kid (TCK) and to confront my contradictions - highlighting the irony of human nature while focusing on dreams as a vision for the future.
