Fading Light

I was heading home after a shoot that didn’t go as planned. As the light began to fade, I noticed a strip of blue sky beneath the clouds on the horizon, hinting at a happy ending I've been hoping for. Suddenly, the golden light broke through, illuminating the lone tree against the dark, cloudy backdrop. The green grass, transformed to white under infrared light, contrasts beautifully with the black road, which acts as a leading line toward the tree. –––– Digital Infrared Photography 850nm.
