The learned monks who catalogued this specimen insisted it appeared only during liminal hours, when the boundary between codex and creation grew thin. Composed of ocean & pearl, the Wyvern with Stained Glass Wings was observed near the Crypt of the Autonomous Scribes, though its true habitat may lie in dimensions the medieval mind had no geometry to describe. It has been faithfully preserved in stained glass, though the original scribe is said to have wept upon completing it.
