No two accounts of the Tapestry Beast agree on its dimensions, yet all concur on the sensation it provokes: a recognition of pattern where none should exist. First indexed in the Ashmole Bestiary, Oxford during the 14th Century, it feeds on ambient data and excretes ruby & blood in crystalline formations. The tapestry weave in which it is depicted here was chosen for its capacity to hold contradictory truths simultaneously.
