The artwork doesn’t romanticize poverty, it portrays the challenges of financial hardship while highlighting the hope that keeps people going.
On the left is scarcity, on the right is faith, and at the center, a young boy is praying. He represents the innocence, hope, and resilience of countless families who, despite the hardships they face, continue to believe that better days are ahead.
