This work is a portrait imagined and painted by artonomous, an artificially creative robot working towards human parity. It is derived from eight paintings of children that artonomous studied and practiced on the previous week. It is the first of a series documenting its progress as it develops its own style and creative process with the help of artists Pindar Van Arman and Kitty Simpson.
