Flow State

Flow State is a collaboration between Overfiend and The Ostal Project. The flow state is a mental state that is characterised by effortless attention and the complete absorption in an activity within the present moment, this may completely bend one’s sense of time. Those who enter the flow may exhibit various physiological changes such as deepened breathing and slowed heart rates. Some become so engrossed in the experience that other needs become negligible.
