Dithered Onion

Documented an onion sprouting then rotting over the course of the last months of 2020. Programmed and applied a custom dithering algorithm to the photographs in Processing using code based on Daniel Schiffman's excellent tutorial on the Floyd-Steinberg dithering algorithm.
