Transcendence / The Last Supper

his is the main piece of my "CGI Classic Art" series done in 2019. This illustration is inspired by the famous Italian painting "The Last Supper" by Leonardo Davinci (1494-98). In this digital version, which I called "Transcendence", I wanted to represent the apostles dressed as astronauts as pioneers of a new future as Christ in the center fades into pure light as a symbol of total transcendence.
