The Gaze

At the border of paradise, those waiting are met by a spirit's gaze. Watching, through artifice and artifact. The Gaze is the second chapter in the 'Verses' collection, a digital mythology born out of moving chiaroscuro paintings. The series explores the potential of animation and the Metaverse to create diverse futures that act as modern historical reenactments and rewritings. Each piece is realized through bespoke techniques in motion capture and 3D animation. The owner of the piece will receive the high resolution 3D model of the sculpted headpiece.
