In 2002 tokyoplastic exploded onto the internet with a gnashing of mechanical teeth and slithering of tentacles. It redefined contemporary web design and went viral before “going viral” had entered the common lexicon.
The home page was a monumental 8 MB and took hours to load on dial-up. While the loading bar slowly crept towards 100%, Koguma was rotating on his speaker, in the very first glimpse anyone had of tokyoplastic. Now freshly remastered and presented in razor sharp, super smooth 4K 60fps.
Never before available for sale, this iconic part of internet history is tokyoplastic’s genesis NFT.
A unique, 1/1 edition.
