Densetsu No LeoGami is a prolific digital artist; award winning film director and curator whose work is a unique fusion of inspiration, art and technology. Also the founder of nft_community a creative hub/support platform for digital artist within the Metaverse. His work has migrated from the canvas and has been featured in the commercial, film and television space. He has worked with the Hayward Gallery, The Tate Modern and is a resident filmmaker the British Film Institute. “In 2015 I was going through a depression, at that time I went inward and decided to focus all my energy into creating my art. I was playing around with portraits and actively trying to find inspiration from my peers. At that time there was a new Star Wars movie in the making and it was revealed that John Boyega was a part of the lead cast. I was so inspired that a fellow south Londoner had made it all the way to Star Wars and I thought that by painting him, I would gain some insight into unlocking my own potential and awakening my own force. Once the painting was complete, I connected with John through a mutual friend and was invited to a special dinner the night before The Force Awakens was released, I then presented him with the painting which he signed to show his appreciation.” - Densetsu No LeoGami This piece is original digital version of the physical painting given to John Boyega, this painting has been exhibited at the following art establishments: • John Boyega’s house • The UK’s American Embassy (for a month) • Tate Modern/Tate Exchange • The Hospital Club
