From the series "Cache Tragedy" - 3500 x 4000 px - 2021 Artist Julian Brangold presents a series of digital paintings that takes a look into cultural memory elements and how they can be regurgitated by the toolkit of the digital. In a completely new but yet familiar aesthetic universe, Julian presents these dynamic, imperfect images where the third and second dimensions and the past and the present enter an uncanny dialogue.
