ArkHAUS, the world's first floating members club, is coming to Miami in Spring of 2022 before expanding around the globe. 360 total memberships will be made available, and only 10 of them will be sold as "Perpetual Memberships" via NFT. ArkHAUS will auction each individually numbered 1 of 1 NFT, 1 month at a time. Win the auction and you hold the key to a Perpetual Membership for your lieftime, or whoever you sell it to. In addition, 350 Annual Memberships will be made available via a strict application process. This NFT provides the holder a Perpetual Membership to the CSTM HAUS floating membership club, herein known as "ArkHAUS". ACCESS All Perpetual Memberships will receive immediate access to the club on Opening Day. Annual Members will received access at different times based on 1) their membership number and 2) the arrival of the 4 vessels. APPLICATION While annual membership requires an application (with no guarantees of acceptance), the 10  Perpetual Memberships do not require are guaranteed acceptance. Your Perpetual Membership will not perfectly mirror the existing membership agreement, however, it will give you an understanding of how the membership works. Your Perpetual Membership will not have or need to purchase any additional membership. However, all members are expected to abide by a basic Code of Conduct.
