Wavefunction

Waves as rendered by quantum algorithms. Wavefunction is generated from eight different algorithms, run eight different times, with eight thousand shots for each, across two IBM quantum computers, Belem and Quito. This was used to generate a histogram which was reduced to building blocks. Accompanying sounds come from the same data as the visuals, combined with samples from the sink and a bag of building blocks. Science, nature, and technology can be fun.
