This piece was created in the midst of relaunching my 5k NFT editions project "A Blu World". The original launch got hacked for 21 ETH within the first few hours of the presale. Thus causing us to stop the mint and reschedule the launch for the project on Nov, 9th.
As I investigated the situation and made all the necessary changes to insure a flawless relaunch, I still had this strange feeling lingering. I had put in all this hard work and passion into this project, all for it to have gotten snatched away by some anonymous cyber thieves within a blink of an eye. So, I decided to put those feelings into this artwork.
Pulling from that situation, I was inspired to open up on the complete roller coaster my life has been for the pass three months. I did a tv show with HBO (The Hype), I moved to LA, and started designing for True Religion & MCM.
I referenced all these recent events that took place in my life for this piece. The roller coaster piercing through my body symbolizes the feeling I had from the hack of the first launch. The 2nd version of myself riding the roller coaster is signifying always moving forward.
