The West coast fires are very serious, dangerous, and have caused a lot of chaos over the years. But sometimes with the worst possible situations, they can produce some incredible scenes. This shot was taken miles from LA as a lake fire broke out. The cloud that you see in this photo was formed from the fire smoke and the planes were taking off 1 by 1 to try to put it out. A scene that I'll never forget.
