Walking through Nolita, Manhattan, NYC at night on September 20th, 2022 I saw this older man peering into the window of a closed café.
I couldn’t help but notice how clear his reflection was.
He suddenly smiled and then started laughing joyously as if he was reliving a memory of the past.
This was the decisive moment I had been waiting for all day.
I imagine one day I will be this man. Reflecting on the memories of the past that I still cherish
I chose this image as my SuperRare Genesis piece because it embodies my photographic style which leans mostly towards solitude, minimalism and the human experience
