I started my art career in prison doing commissioned pencil sketches for inmates. They gifted the sketches to their loved ones back home.
Two years later an inmate who finished his sentence, gifted me a set of watercolors before he left, And that was my introduction to watercolors.
Watercolors are the first medium I tried after graphite. I fell in love with that medium, but I couldn't erase it therefore I had to be careful. It thought me how to be patient.
I made a few watercolor pieces during my time in prison and "Fin del Canal" is one that I made in 2016 towards the end of my bid.
