Capturing work with a scale focus camera is never the easiest. When I look through the viewfinder all I'm doing is looking through glass and not the lens of the camera. This means I have to really make sure that my camera lens is set to the correct distance to capture what I envision. This photo took patience, calm waters, a beautiful sunrise and precision. A true collab between me and the Gulf. When I saw the final shot I was not only blown away but I was proud of myself. I had gotten the shot I saw in my head and from a perspective I rarely see.
