By blindly following gatekeepers and conforming to their norms and values, we can inadvertently perpetuate harmful behaviors and attitudes that hurt others.
Wallstreet destroying working companies, VCs running Ponzi schemes with banks, and influencers selling you the next rug.
Welcome to the new era of deceit and greed. To empower gatekeepers in a positive way, we need to encourage them to be inclusive, fair, and transparent in their decision-making processes, and hold them accountable when they abuse their power. At the same time, we need to cultivate a culture of critical thinking and independent thought, so that we don't blindly follow others and can identify when gatekeepers are acting in ways that are harmful or unjust.
