Unconscious Awareness

A strong backlight illuminates the real and unique physical work named “Unconscious Awareness” highlighting the elegant silhouette of a warrior carved in a black marble block. First, the artwork was digitally sculpted and then physically reproduced. Such a process is a juxtaposition of the two worlds, somehow interlinked as much as overlapped and it is the first artpiece ever reproduced in as a phygital object. The statue shows the moment when the warrior finds itself, discovering the path linking her thoughts to her feelings. An epiphany that makes the worrior sense the harmony with her own destiny, as if she had finally realized her authentic self. The work aims to depict the motions behind the mere stone, and wants to give tribute to the female figure, challenging the traditional concept of fragility associated to the female gender. 1/1 Black Marble sculpture available alongside the NFT.
