Last Prayer

I aimed to recreate an envisioned image that encapsulated a particular emotional state. This photograph was taken in Naples, within a deconsecrated church situated in the Spanish Quarte, a location of profound fascination. My enduring interest in religious art and figures profoundly influenced this work. To imbue the photograph with layered meanings and symbolism, I introduced elements such as bees and a spider. I meticulously enhanced the contrast and explored the extremes of black and white, pushing the image to its limits. The result is an almost charcoal painting-like quality, transforming the photograph into a new artistic dimension. 4000 X 5000 300dpi .png
