"How to Make a Kiss?" is a postmodern parody of digital labor, teetering on the edge of metamodern sincerity. On one hand, it mocks technological excess: renting virtual machines, searching for references on Pinterest, generating depth in ComfyUI. Creativity turns into an absurd quest. On the other hand, behind the irony lies a genuine affection for the process itself. Even the title, "How to Make a Kiss?", becomes an invitation to share in this strange yet touching ritual. In the first third, a voice-over unexpectedly shifts into a lyrical reflection on nature, only to be drowned out by a pounding phonk track as the screen fills with a sped-up montage: downloading footage, trimming clips, fine-tuning neural interfaces. It’s an ironic scene about how digital hustle consumes even the moment of stillness and thought. Yet by the end, the voice returns, calling us to remember the world beyond the screen, the possibility of silence and inspiration. It's a reminder that behind every simulacrum (a digital kiss), there is still a real world. Though even this appeal feels like the start of another loop in the cycle of digital creation. This work becomes an observation on how the technical and the personal, the automated and the sensual, coexist in contemporary culture, and how irony itself can become a mode of sincerity.
