In the second piece, we see a subject with a serene gaze, his mouth closed, his body also at rest. He understands that he is alone. His body stands upright on the ground, but his form is not yet complete. The footprints before him point to a path that, because they appear separately and not together, doesn't reveal its destination, yet it has a purpose. The footprints offer guidance.
