1/1 Garden Roses is a 3D work based on a scan of real roses from my garden in Georgia.
These beautiful flowers were captured at the fragile moment between bloom and decay — still luminous, but already touched by time. What was temporary in the garden becomes a digital object: preserved, displaced, and transformed into a floating still life.
The work continues my interest in memory, material presence, and the strange afterlife of images. A bouquet that would normally disappear within days becomes a sculptural file, somewhere between painting, photography, object, and archive.
