The sphere shows us our direction as we travel along the spectral path. The ever-changing scenery ripples as the image flows, revealing our onward journey.
I enjoy using a glass sphere from time to time to concentrate an image, rather like a lens. It allows me to set boundaries for an animation and to restrict flow.
