Salvador Dalí (1904-1989) had his own method to paint his dreams: after eating he went to his armchair for his nap, he carried a spoon with him, to hold it in his hand, he placed a plate on the ground, knowing that as soon as he he would be asleep, his hand would let go of the spoon and let it fall on the plate. The noise awakened him just as he dreamed of what he would soon paint. Digital portrait + snapseed postproduction, 1522 x 1820, png format.
