Water is vital for survival and the health of every human being. The right to water is a basic right and a prerequisite for the implementation of further human rights. Water also plays a major role in maintaining human dignity. It enables children to have indispensable hygiene in order to stay healthy, but it also serves to respect their body and person.
Many people worldwide do not have access to sufficient water to wash themselves and live hygienically.
