The Twins

An early piece of mine where I was exploring irregular shapes and a pascal colour palette. The piece makes me feel at ease but I think it's calming nature isn't down to the shapes or colours, but the idea of not being alone. I've longed for a twin, someone who knows you, who understands you and who always has your back. It's currently impossible to have a twin if you weren't born with one, but as cloning technology advances, that might change. In the future, would you be open to cloning yourself and becoming a twin?
