Pray for You is certainly the most important work I have ever done. Created in 2019, this piece has revealed me to many clients, artists and collectors.
It is also one of my favorite pieces, which synthesizes the essence of my work and if I had to keep only one piece of my young life, it would definitely be this one.
This piece is so important to me, that I used it as the cover for my thesis, about the Fashion Image at the digital era.
As important as this piece was to me, I wish it could be as important to others.
As we speak, back home, the skies are calm and peaceful. But far from here, in Palestine, many civilians are being bombed, deprived of their homes, their families and their most basic rights.
Men, women and children are killed, wounded or terrorized every day by Israeli strikes. If sharing the images and the different funds is already a big step, I would like to help in my own way and on my modest scale the civilian population, which are those who suffer the most.
Thus, I have decided to donate this piece and all the profits from its sale to local Palestinian charities, which are working to rehabilitate civilians and provide them with the most essential commodities: food, water, shelter.
If this piece is called Pray For You, today let’s pray for them.
